To be 100% honest with you, this August the Astrological energies are ramping up. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of good things going on...a courageous New Moon in Leo to get the month started, harmonious alignments promoting love, communication, action, expansion and abundance and a shift from Venus first to help us get organised and be in service to those around us and as the month closes out she shifts again into her home territory, further expanding her brilliance and energy when it comes to money, values and relationships.
It's also Leo season so let's draw that fun loving spirit out of this energy and embrace the highest version of ourselves and celebrate! There is no single person on the planet that has your unique set of skills and experience so it's time to shine bright and own your story!
I just can't help but notice that most of the month comes is overshadowed with Mercury retrograde and a tense opening square between Jupiter and Saturn bringing an ‘expand/contract’ energy, amplified by a highly unique and quirky full Moon in Aquarius. This energy is likely to linger for at least a year and links back to their conjunction at the end of 2019...remember that time, how could we forget!
Virgo season starts on the 23rd which could bring order and attention to the details of the hectic energy this month serves up. I always say, there is light and shade with all transits, all aspects and all Astrology so find the lessons, allow some slowdown and flow with the energies as they rise.

Powerful shifts and bold expression - Astrology of July
The beginning of July comes with a little more slowing down and an opportunity to really hone in on your dreams and desires. With Mercury moving into Leo, there may also be deeper, bold conversations about the things you ultimately want for yourself and your life.
The first week urges you to bring quality over quantity when it comes to connections. Cancers New Moon on the 6th is strong, and powerful and suggests that any intentions set or seeds sown are likely to take hold immediately and move forward with structure and momentum towards the desired outcome.
Unexpected pleasures, expansive conversations and fierce leadership energies are also available as we move into the second week. Mid-month allow yourself to adorn the rose-coloured glasses and float away into all that is dreamy and beautiful.
Venus will move into Leo traversing the space she retrograded this time last year. You may notice a connection to events from this time things that have shifted, changed or even completed. This transit brings out confidence and bold self-expression especially in women, you might feel called to step up and claim your stage. Speeding up to Slow down - Astrology of June
With planets shifting into Gemini our intellectual minds are being activated, social capacity expanding and idea generation amplified. The beginning of the month magnifies these themes as Mercury moves into its home sign, aligns with Jupiter and they both make harmonious aspects to Pluto in Aquarius.
Venus also aligns with the Sun at the new Moon in Gemini bringing a powerful purification of the feminine energies, relationships, love and the things we value the most. Following an opportunity to grow to a threshold and pass though an upper limiting gateway.
On the 9th Mars enters Taurus which might feel like a sudden slowdown of energies that recently picked up! There’s a series of challenges mid month with a light bulb moment on the 15th with the Mercury Cazimi.
The 17th also one to make in the diary as Venus and Mercury hail in the Cancerian vibes before making a conjunction a beautiful day for deep and meaningful conversations with those you love

Shifting planets and luxurious lunations - Astrology of May 2024
If you're still recovering from April you will be happy to know there's energy shifting this month that can help. Venus moved into her home sign Taurus, strengthening our connection with love, values, money, relationships, the feminine and females. Mars also moves into his kingdom on the 1st helping us take inspired action and move forward.
Approach transformation with love and know that it will be challenged and an internal shift will be necessary for the next little while. The Taurus New moon on the 8th could be the saviour we are looking for, finally, a lunation helping us ground, feel secure and stable.

Eclipses, Retrogrades, Sugar and Spice! - April - Astrology of April 2024
Hold onto your hats, April could get a little spicy for some of us. Mercury stations Retrograde on the 2nd ending a 9 week phase where all planets have been moving forward. It's a call for some to slow down and take a step back. The 4th could be dreamy, love filled and a day to wear the rose coloured glasses ahead of a rude awakening on the 5th when Venus moves into Aries. The feminine could feel out of her league and a little hot and bothered for the next few weeks, her passion and spark could also be ignited!
Aries Total Solar Eclipse on the 9th also aligns with Chiron so there could be some core wounds coming to the surface. This eclipse could be spicy, ruled by Mars who's feeling the pinch right, constricted and frustrated wanting to break free. What do you need to release to step into a higher timeline for yourself?

The energy at the start of the month feels mostly harmonious. After moving through the gateway of upper limits (if you chose too) at the end of February the start of March brings ease when it comes to opportunities and abundance. With a little effort the energy turns in your favour.
The tricky day to navigate is the 4th with the potential for something out of the blue (don't say I didn't warn you!) be especially careful here when it comes to money and matters of the heart. On the 9th there is inspiring deep intuitive insight through connection, communication and journaling.
