About Kristy
Kristy Gray is a Life Strategist, Astrologer & perpetual explorer of what it takes to live a passionate and purpose driven life. After a decade of experience in Learning and Development working with people, businesses and brands in beauty, Kristy decided to merge her skills and expertise together to create a unique and tailored experience with one goal in mind - to empower as many women as she can.
In 2017 Kristy resigned from her corporate job but was swayed to stay on for another year. Her bargaining tool to stay on was to take a 1 month sabbatical and travel to Mexico, Cuba and LA with her best friend. Cuba was the main attraction for this trip and she chose to travel as a 'minimalist' only taking hand luggage with her for 30 days.
She learnt so much about herself on this trip, connecting with herself internally, mindfulness in every experience and in the depths of her adrenal fatigue she had glimpses of happiness once again emerge. This trip showed Kristy what could be possible in her life and that she always has a choice, as she is a woman of privilege (unlike so many of the people in Cuba)
“I always wanted to help women feel empowered”

“It’s really easy [in today’s day] to get ‘lost’ in your own world.”
